Circuit Challenge

Participants must complete the following circuit. Fastest completion time wins.

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Dumbbell Clean Press
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 20 Free Squats
  • 20 Burpees
  • 30 Battle Rope Slams
  • Windbike – 1 km
  • 20 Lunges (Each Leg)

Competition Rules

  • Fastest participant to complete the circuit wins
  • Exercise posture will be demonstrated before starting
  • Participants can ask questions before the event begins
  • Time will be officially recorded
  • All exercises must be performed with proper posture
  • Improper repetitions will not be counted
  • Girls may perform knee push-ups
  • Judges' decision will be final

I voluntarily choose to participate in the March Madness Circuit Challenge organized by Rashé Fitness. I understand that physical fitness activities involve risks including injury, muscle strain, or health issues.

By registering for this event I agree that:

  • I am physically fit to participate in this competition.
  • I understand the nature of the activities and accept all associated risks.
  • I release Rashé Fitness, its trainers, management, employees, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation.
  • I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by the trainers and staff.
  • I consent to photos and videos taken during the event being used for promotional purposes.
  • In case of injury, I authorize Rashé Fitness to provide or arrange first aid if necessary.
  • I confirm that I have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid physical activity.
